Remote Experiment Lab - Bas52Rem

Increasing our Remote Experiment Lab project, the INE/CTC/UFSC's RemoteLab group introduces Bas52Rem, a lab which allows real experiments (it isn't a simulator) with BASIC 52 to those who haven't the system locally.
