Challenge and Opportunity Towards a World Order Foundation -The Role of Education

ABSTRACT : The present work
discusses about Educational Perspective, due to Perplexity, in front of the Modernity Paradox, where generated
ambiguous values are slowly self transforming
in a searching for a kind of new World Order, supported by integration
of previous existent ones. To reach the proposed discussion theme, it is
divided in three steps. First, it is critical analyzed some aspects of essential Human Development,
where it appears the state of lost of paradise through all directions evolution, reaching nowadays
involution or paradox. Here, it is pointed out, the role of Education, as a way
to increase harmony levels. Second, it is analyzed, some aspects of development, that can be derived, on Formal
Education domain, intrinsic related with Knowledge Representation Paradigm.
This analysis is based on classroom experience over the last twenty five years,
with undergraduate disciplines, on technical areas. Considering Education as
synonymous of Human Development process, it comes the third and last discussion
assertion, that is about what kind of Education can contribute to give answers
in front of nowadays challenge. It is proposed guidelines from an Integrative Educational
Methodology that are in accordance with the natural laws. This approach has
roots in the integrative Knowledge Representation Paradigm, that was first
derived, in our century, by the Norwegian professor Kristen Nygaard, Dept. of
Informatics, University of Oslo, on the years sixties, regarding to simulation of complex systems,
on Computer Sciences domain, titled Object Oriented Paradigm. Recommendations, on formal Education domain,
are presented, regarding specially necessity of reorganizing values scale,
respecting human aspects, on technological age, as well as, amplifying perspective, under process vision, on
concepts, evaluation, and life cycle, synchronized with existential time.
Reaching those concepts, it appears the character of temporality of order
concept, because of its dynamic grounds, that directs, as time goes by,
ascendant way, towards new paradoxes to be faced, that only demonstrate deep
nature of nature.
