GEOMETRY commands

PROGRAM NAME

gprgeom - Print ASCII Report of Geometry Input

DESCRIPTION

Gprgeom is a tool used for printing the contents of a file created by geometry services. It is analagous to the "kprdata" module. Using the command line flags, the user may choose to have only the location data, the normals (or radii if the input file is spheres), or the colors, or any combination of those printed as output.

At present, only the following primitive types are supported: disjoint and connected line segments, disjoint and connected triangles, spheres, quadmeshes, and octmeshes. All other primitives will not be printed, although it some of the global object characteristics (name, etc) will be printed.

In future releases, the full gamut of geometry primitives will be supported.
