DATAMANIP commands
PROGRAM NAME
kgconst - Generate Object Containing Constant Value Data
DESCRIPTION
kgconst
creates a data object with a constant valued value segment of dimension
Width * Height * Depth * Time * Elements.
The data type of the value segment can be
bit, byte, unsigned byte, short, unsigned short, integer, unsigned integer,
long, unsigned long, float, double, complex and double complex.
The real, and imaginary constant levels are specified using the level
parameters (real, imag).

EXAMPLES
kgconst -o const -wsize 256 -hsize 256 -esize 3 -type integer -real 10
Creates a data object called const of size width = 256, height = 256
where each vector contains 3 elements. The data storage type is integer,
and the constant is 10.
