PROGRAM NAME
kaxis - Reorient Data on the Width, Height, and Depth Axes
DESCRIPTION
kaxis reorients the input data to the specified output axes.
For example, if the input data has the dimensions
width = 100, height = 200 and depth = 20, and the user specifies
that the input height data be assigned to the output width axis
and the input width data be assigned to the output height axis,
then the data would be reassigned so that the output dimensions
would be width = 200, height = 100, depth = 20. Note that only one input
axis may be assigned to each output axis.
The axis orientation is performed on value, mask, and location data,
whenever they exist in the input object. The output data type is
the same as the input data type. If map or time data exist, they
are directly transferred to the output object, since they are not
affected by width, height, or depth axis reassignments.
