kstrrchr - reverse scan a string to find a character

istr - The input string to scan.
character - The character to search for.
OUTPUT
none
RETURN VALUE
A pointer to the address in the input string, 'istr', where
the last occurrence of the 'character' character is. NULL is
returned if 'character' is not in the input string, or if a
NULL input string is provided.
DESCRIPTION
This function finds the last occurrence of a specified
character in a string and it is similar to the system
call strrchr(). kstsrrchr() searches the input string
from back to front for a character specified by 'character' in
the input string.
