Sup-Generating Operator
This morphologic operator is the intersection of an erosion and an
anti-dilation. It requires two structuring elements A and B: A for the
erosion and B for the anti-dilation. A and B specify a pattern and in
the output image a pixel will be one if the pattern is matched in the
input image.
In the example bellow A is an isolated point and B is a 4-connected hole.
The idea is to detect pixels which have no 4-connected neighbors.
